Direct Messaging with Your Coach
Don't wait for a session to bring up an idea or raise an issue. Send your coach a direct message to get the support you need.
Use direct messaging on the Integral Productivity Network hosted on Circle to get access to your coach at your convenience.
What you'll need
- A browser window, open to the Integral Productivity Network, or
- The Circle app signed into the Integral Productivity Network
Start a Direct Message conversation with your coach
To send your coach a direct message:
- Look for the Chat icon in the Integral Productivity Network.
- Check for a conversation from your coach, who should have sent you a welcome message when you started your coaching experience.
- Start your conversation on the topic you want to discuss in a new thread by sending a new message in the chat window.
Keep each conversation thread focused on a single topic. Start a new conversation for different topics.
Review a reply from your coach
Once you've started a conversation, your coach will respond by replying directly to the message to start a thread.
- Check the threads icon:
- Send a reply within the reply thread your coach started.
Direct Messaging Availability & Expectations
Here are a few things to consider when it comes to DMing your coach:
- Your coach will be available weekdays during business hours, 9am to 5pm US Pacific Time.
- You can expect your coach to reply to you within 24 hours on weekdays. It's usually a lot faster than that!
- Expect your chat to be asynchronous. Your coach may not be able to attend to your need immediately if they are working with a client or otherwise unavailable. Even when the coach replies, the conversation is not guaranteed to be continuous.
