Intro to the Developmental Activities List
Keep track of your development work, and you'll always see results. The Development Activities list is where the rubber meets the road.
The Development Activiites List is the second level of the Managed Development Plan Hierarchy. This is where you organize, manage, and track the hands-on work you're doing in support of your Development Objectives and overall growth.
What you'll need
- The Development Activities List is available in all Integral Productivity Coaching Plans and all instances of Praxis.
- Only clients who purchase the ClickUp Power-Up will have access to sync tasks with Reclaim.ai.
Development Dashboard
View your Development Dashboard to learn more about what you're working on and how it's going.
Follow your session history
To view your session history:
- From the Development Activities List, click the Session List tab at the top tab view.
- Your sessions are organized in reverse chronological order. Each session is marked as its town task with the Development Activity Type value of 'Coaching Session.'
- Under each session, you will find subtasks representing the various Developmental Activities arising from the session.
- Dialogical Actions: These will be most of the activities from your coaching session. Dialogical Actions are the conversations you have with your coach to exchange perspective and make meaning of your experience. Read Intro to Dialogical Actions for more info.
- Performances of Understanding: These are what you do outside of coaching sessions to practice and perfect your new and evolving skills related to your horizontal development as well as your meaning-making.

Plan your solo work
To plan your solo work:
- From the Development Activities List, click the My Work tab.
- Your assigned tasks are organized in a kanban board layout to help you choose which tasks you want to move forward. Read Intro to Development Activity Task Statuses for more info.
- Update fields including Priority, Time Estimated, Due Date, and Start Date to plan your work in greater detail.
- Move all tasks that you're prepared to work on to the Ready status.
Start working
When you're ready to start working on one of your development activities:
- From the Development Activities List, click the My Work tab.
- Drag the task from the Ready to the In Progress column.
Make a comment
Whether you are asking for clarification or want to keep notes related to your work, use comments:
- Open the My Work tab.
- Click the task you want to comment on to open it.
- Click the comment button.
- Type your comment.
Use the '@' command to tag your coach if you would like clarification or feedback on your comment.
Mark your progress
As you get work done, make sure to keep track of your progress:
- Open the My Work tab.
- Drag the task from In Progress to Done.
- (Optional) Click the comment button to add some additional context about your experience.
