Managed Development Plans

This article applies to all Integral Productivity Coaching membership plans and session packages but not for single session credits.

Overview

The Managed Development Plan (MDP) in Integral Productivity Coaching supercharges your ability to grow up and show up by allowing you to keep track of your coaching sessions, dialogues, developmental activities, and objectives in one place. 

The MDP is perfect for people with executive functioning and task management challenges or who want to be more engaged during their coaching sessions. 

MDP is built on our Praxis platform. 

What's included

  • Development objectives: Collect, organize, and manage your development objectives in one place to bring perspective and control
  • Session list: Review and reflect on past coaching sessions, including dialogical actions with your coach and next actions
  • Development timeline: perspective on what you've been working on and how it arises over time 
  • Detailed AI session reports: Review AI reporting on each of your coaching sessions, inspired by developmental frameworks
  • Helpful AI prompts: Use built-in AI functionality to reflect on your development plan and progress with our standard prompts.
  • Calendar syncing (Power-Up only): Sync developmental work with your calendar to ensure you make space. Requires a Reclaim.ai subscription.

How to use it

  • Show up to any coaching session, and open your MDP to show your coach what you've been working on and how it's going.
  • During a coaching session, you don't have to worry about taking notes. Your MDP will be updated automatically within minutes of your session ending.
  • Between sessions, your MDP acts as a personal task planner and tracker to help you make progress and complete more of your development work.

Maintenance

  • Your coaching sessions—including dialogical actions from coaching sessions and agreed-upon development activities—will be automatically loaded into your MDP.  
  • Review your MDP regularly to add goals, link goals to developmental activities, and more.
