Sync Praxis items to Reclaim.ai

Reclaim.ai is one of our favorite tools for putting work front-and-center in our daily lives. Keep getting it done by bringing your Praxis items into your smart calendar.

What you'll need

• Praxis-to-Reclaim Sync is available on all Integral Productivity Coaching plans with the ClickUp Full Member Upgrade for Reclaim.ai Sync.
• A Reclaim.ai Account

Set up sync in Reclaim.ai

Praxis to Reclaim Sync uses Reclaim.ai's ClickUp integration to send your items from Praxis to Reclaim.ai.

To set up sync: 

1. Open Reclaim
2. Click your profile icon
3. Click Settings
4. Click Integrations
5. Click ClickUp
6. If you haven't set up this connection yet, sign in to ClickUp and ensure that the Integral Productivity workspace is selected.
7. On the ClickUp settings page, click on the Integral Productivity tab.
8. Scroll down to the ClickUp sync rules for Integral Productivity header.
9. Edit the settings for which tags are available. 

Send a Development Task or Development Objective from Praxis to Reclaim 

To send a development activity or development objective to  Reclaim:

1. Go to a view in your development plan in Praxis hosted in the Integral Producivity  Workspace ClickUp. 
2. Select a development task or development activity.
3. Click the tag button.
4. Select one of the tags starting with 'reclaim' (matching your established rules).
5. Within minutes, your item will appear in your Reclaim task list.

Navigate from a Reclaim task to your Developmental Objective or Developmental Activity in Praxis

To navigate from a synced task in Reclaim.ai to Praxis: 

1. View the Notes section in the Reclaim task.
2. Click the View in Praxis link.

Frequently Asked Questions

• Is this a two-way sync?
  This is a one-way sync. When you update items in ClickUp, they will be updated in Reclaim, but not the other way around.
