Integral Productivity LLC is influenced by a breadth of voices all focused on human development.
We recognize that many of our influences come from the context in which we were raised—for many people, that's a colonial perspective. These perspectives tend to be more individualistic, with a person learning to operate as a self-contained and self-sufficient whole.
There is also tremendous wisdom in indigenous voices—voices that come from a more communal/collective point of view—which have been either appropriated or disregarded by colonizers. We seek to gather and elevate the influence of these perspectives where possible.
To bridge the gap, we also value, support, and engage in the deliberate efforts of decolonization movements to help acknowledge the individual and collective harm created by the colonial perspective, so that we may heal our relationships with each other.
