How are incidents handled?

Learn about our incident handling process to find out how we address reports related to our Code of Conduct and Community Guidelines.

Anyone who experiences or witnesses such an incident (the “reporter”) is asked to submit this form (also linked in the Links section located at the bottom of the left sidebar as “Report an incident” on the Integral Productivity Network site.)

Your incident report will be reviewed by an Integrators Community admin or moderator, in this situation, known as the “case handler.” This review will include reviewing the history of the person being reported for other behavior unbecoming of a community member.

The case handler will follow up with the parties involved (reporter, other witnesses, and the person being reported) in accordance with the action requested by the reporter.

Administrative actions, including additional moderation, suspension of account, or expulsion from the community, may be taken depending on the conclusion of any investigation along with the reported person’s cumulative history in the community.
